4 /5 Carlos: Overall, my experience at NeuroBehavioral Hospitals - Boynton was positive, largely due to the exceptional care and attention provided by the nursing staff. While the facility could benefit from improved air circulation or additional fans for comfort, the dedication and compassion shown by the nurses, particularly Technician Sasha (or Sasha Fierce, as I fondly nicknamed her), truly made a difference during my stay.
Special mention goes to nurses like Karissa, Noah, Luz, and Mona, who treated me with dignity and kindness during a challenging time. Their professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being were evident throughout my stay.
I also want to highlight the outstanding support I received from Gus, a peer support specialist whose insights and encouragement were invaluable. His presence further enhanced the supportive environment of the facility.
Additionally, the charge nurses were exemplary in addressing my concerns promptly and ensuring I received my medication as prescribed. Their competence and responsiveness were reassuring.
Although there are areas for improvement, such as the ventilation system, the care and compassion displayed by the staff, including nurses, technicians, and support specialists, exceeded my expectations. If I ever require care at this level in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this facility again.
