Jake McGann My Beck Chrysler Experience Starting with my initial phone call the Beck sales team was stellar. Jon, my salesman, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and upbeat. Our discussions about my 2 trades and Jons endless patience with all my questions quickly inspired us to head over and see what could be done. After our 45 minute drive over he had both trucks prepared and ready for test drives. He answered all my annoying questions and ultimately was a fun guy to deal with. Jons knowledge and positive personality made me feel at ease, which at a car dealership is sometimes hard to do. Our trade offers came back a bit low, but overall the market is what it is, and profit is understandable. Simply put, Jon is an asset to their organization. Victor A From the first conversation, I had with Jeremy to the awkwardness of understanding, mechanical issues he guided me with clarity and efficiency. All of the staff at this location throughout the many times I’ve been here have been helpful, clear and honest about their estimates and always looking to help the customer experience the least amount of stress. There is a lot of competition on this street for automotive service and I’ve been to most operators. This shop is by far my favorite to deal with and to be served by if you have any needs to get yourself over here and get yourself treated right.

Nancy Rae I have a 1996 Ford E250 Econoline Camper van. I have had 6 different mechanics in the last 8 months trying to figure out what the problem was but to no avail. Casey was recommended through a friend although he is 175 miles from me I went to see him. I am ecstatic that I am back on the road and my van is running better than it ever did. No pings, no knocks no cutting out and she is running strong. I have found my new mechanic. He also didnt rape my pocketbook like some mechanics try to do when they see a Senior woman traveling alone. (sad that still happens) I will be going back to get some basic things done before I take my bucket trip out West. You wont regret bringing your vehicle here. Casey is a stand up man.
