5 /5 Estill Richardson: Dr. Stephanie Sanchez is an awesome doctor! She is a true professional, always supportive and caring to her patients’ needs. She has been our Primary Care Doctor for many years. A few months ago, I had encountered some breathing issues and I seemed to become more exhausted with each passing day. I knew as a 67-year-old patient, I wasn’t as spry as I used to be, but this seemed different. Dr. Sanchez referred me to a heart specialist. They ran some tests and said everything was fine. When I spoke with her a few weeks later about my continued issues of weakness and exhaustion, she insisted that I see another specialist to get a second opinion. At first, I was hesitant to see another specialist, but she insisted so I agreed. More definitive tests were done, and it was discovered that I had a 95% blockage in my LAD (sometimes called the Widow-maker). It was so severe that I was scheduled for stent placement two days later. Needless to say, Dr. Sanchez saved my life! I did not realize how close I was to my demise, but she did!
