Christopher I’ve been here before for some truck issues and they do a great job. Stopped in today after a short phone call, Scott helped me out with a tire issue and recommended a local tire place a block away. Los Primos Tire Center, who were also phenomenal, family operated business and got me in and out. I’ll be back to Superior for any work I need done. Scott, thank you for your help!

Albert Rempel Those are the special days, which proves, there is still good humans on this earth. I had a very bad day along being very stressed and just not feeling well. On top, suddenly I had a flat tire. What to do in a area you dont know - just felt helpless... By chance I saw this mechanic shop in the nearby area and drove by. To make long story short: They fixed my flat tire. They were generous and helped me on a day and in a very difficult situation, to me, they were like angels that day. The lady in the front was super friendly, understanding and took care of me. The mechanic did all the fixing and gave me an advise about some issues with the tire. I can only say: Great Job and well done. I just wanted to share my gratitude and a big thank you to this shop, you guys are rare and it was very encouraging what you have done to me. THANK YOU!!! Definetly would recommend to anyone, and will come back!!!

Ernesto Rijavec Solid experience at Lous Total Car Care! I brought my daughters college ride for some needed service and was delighted with service, price, parts availability, and final result. Rachel was very helpful at front desk, and so were the techs in the shop. Everyone was fully transparent. Less than a week later, my son brought his truck and received similar awesome service. He communicates well with what is going on with your vehicle and the pricing. Hes better than the any mechanic Ive ever been too. Very grateful for his service on my car, Ive had oil change, water pump, and radiator changed out, he does it all. My car drives better than it ever has, I feel he is very reasonable in price. marius munteanu Marcello is the best, and top notch mechanic Viva Brazil, Bought a used Audi Q7 and Marcello was referred to us by the previous owner, and he delivered all the expectations by checking thoroughly our car very detailed and explained all the mechanical aspects in short amount of time accommodating out tight schedule. In the end we drove straight 1,330 miles for 22 hours to Detroit and the car (model 2008) prepared by Marcello held great without any problems, very happy and impressed with that performance. Would definitely recommend this shop and the mechanic including in near future electric vehicles trouble shooting. All this comes from a car guy from Detroit. Good job Marcello.

Brian Hook My experience with J.A.E. Automotive has been positive each time Ive brought my corvette in for service. Each time Im greeted with a friendly smile. Considering my vette is 18 years old, its going to need something done, as it ages, and I know I can trust bringing it here. They can quickly find and resolve my cars issue and I can be back out on the road with the car I love to drive.
