Janice Ruiz The salon vas very clean. The staff were very kind and delicate the whole time doing my daughter’s and my nails. It was my daughter’s first time getting her nails done, and she was begging for a mom-daughter date getting our nails done, so I surprised her and I’m so satisfied it was definitely worth it. From now on this will be our go to spot! I recommend it! 100%

Tiffany Wangui I’m usually skeptical about getting designs because I fear the results may not be to my liking, but I got EXACTLY what I asked for. Not to mention their precision and professionalism was a 10/10. For reference, I believe the lady’s name was Lin and I’m very happy with her work.

M Santiago First off, let me say that Ava is my place and my go to! They always make sure that clients are always happy and satisfied. Techs are always on their A game, going above and beyond. Ive never had an issue, if there ever was, they always communicated and made sure that it was resolved. I was there at Ava today when I had witnessed a client cause a scene and disrespect the staff. I felt so terrible to see how the staff was disrespected and spoken to. The client threatened to leave a one star review (which she did) and "shut the place down" I was waiting to see if she did so I can explain was really happened because what "Bee Russie" had put in her review was false. She came in wanting to do one of the services that was listed under the combination services that showed the price "starting from $90" which included an express pedicure. She then decided for herself to upgrade to a classic pedicure. Which was a $8 difference. After she pays, she then complains about no honoring the website pricing. Not only was she disrespectful but she was also delusional. How to you expect to get a classic pedicure and pay for an express. It doesnt work that way. Then the audacity to threaten and talk down to the staff who was trying to explain it to her. And once when the staff showed her in the booking that says additional costs for length, shape, design, gel polish, AND PEDICURE UPGRADE!, she got mad and went off talking about how she got money, shell shut the place down, give them a 1 star review. Finally walked off saying "youll see!" Clients like that makes it so hard for amazing businesses like this. Ava will always be my spot, they always do an amazing job, make sure youre satisfied. And the staff is always a blast to be around. Thank you Ava!

Alina Budisteanu A friend recommended this salon to me, and I absolutely love it! Olga is amazing, she always greets me with such a positive attitude, making every visit a pleasure. Marina does the best nails ever, always correcting the shape since my nails tend to grow downward. Every time I leave, I feel luxurious—the quality and service are truly exceptional. I highly recommend this salon, and Olga and Marina are the best!

Ava Brandenburg Roro and Sophia were amazing! Both of them are fantastic and have close attention to detail they’re both very gentle and kind! Don’t hesitate to come here to get your nails done :)

emra woodworth Place was outstanding! The place is beautiful and clean. Employees were really happy and nice. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in (no appointment necessary). I got a deluxe pedicure with cucumbers and a full set of short nails both done by Ekko who was as sweet as could be. He took time to make sure everything was perfect and asked me multiple times how I feel about everything. He was patient and took my feelings into consideration the entire time and I WAS NOT disappointed. This is the best nail salon I’ve been to and the best set of salon nails I’ve had. I watched the other nail techs do pedicures and full sets/fill ins and the quality of these workers speaks volumes. They were all very fluent in English as well. The place is also affordable which attracts people. I’ll be back here for sure. 10000/10000.

The massage chairs for the pedicures are nice. Everyone does a great job! But Lina is my girl who usually does my nails.

Ashley Thompson I had a great experience as a walk in this week. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. My manicure turned out exactly as I had hoped especially getting Chrome for the first time. If you are local or on vacation I highly recommend The Nail Place

The Sarah Siak I have been a client of NailSpa for over 10 years. Wonderful service and very skilled nail techs! They also use LED lamps and offer acrylic nails. Very easy to schedule online appts and usually have last minute manicures/pedicure. 5/5 every time and if you aren’t satisfied (which is very unlikely) they will happily fix.
