5 /5 Justin Russo: I recently have met and hired Ed, and his brother Arlan, to complete 2 jobs... One of the jobs was an exhaust system repair, and the other was an A/C repair. Both times I was treated fairly, and professionally. Arlan did a fantastic job on the A/C for my 2006 Chevy Silverado. It blows ice cold, and his price was amazing. I had taken my truck to another shop that didnt even look at the A/C and automatically told me that right out of the gate I would be spending over $1,000. However, after purchasing the parts and hiring Arlan to complete the job, I spent only about half for completely new parts, and labor. I will continue to use Arlan and Ed at Portillo Automotive for anything that they can handle.

Every single employee is incredibly professional, polite, and eager to assist in any situation. My car was repaired with such speed and precision that I was utterly amazed. The difference in its performance was immediately noticeable. They explain all the repair details in such simple and understandable terms, which I greatly appreciated. The prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the exceptional level of service and the quality of work. A huge shoutout for their attentive care and outstanding customer service. I can confidently say that I have found my dream auto repair shop and will be enthusiastically recommending it to all my friends and acquaintances! P.S. 5 /5 Derek Lecuyer: Most reasonable, honest mechanics Ive found in Pinellas county. Edwin and his brother (forgot his name) were very friendly, and straight forward. Did a transmission swap for my 2003 Dodge ram 1500 hemi in one day. Amazing price. 10000000% recommend this shop.
