5 /5 Gary Susswein: This was my first visit to Primetune Auto and what a fantastic experience. I was scheduled for service on a Friday morning and dropped the car off around 8:15 AM. I received a call from Paul at 9:00 am explaining my Service Contract did not cover the repair. Paul quoted me the cost of the repair and I asked him to proceed and do the repair. Received another call from Paul at 12:45 that the repair was completed. I arrived at the office around 1:15 PM and met Kathy who processed my bill. I had a chat with both Paul and Kathy and felt so comfortable as though I was family. I definitely will be going back to Primetune Auto for future service.

5 /5 Don Tardio: It is difficult to locate a good auto repair shop, especially if you are from out of town, and, in my case, coming from Canada. I did not know what to expect, and after reading a few reviews, I decided to give Primetune Auto Repair a try. The repair performed on my RAV4 was done quickly, expertly, and at a reasonable price. I have great confidence in Paul and his team, and shall definitely return should the need arise.
