Yesterday, I took my care to Quality Care Automotive to replace a tire pressure sensor. I advised Lisa that the sensor light was coming on when I pulled
into my garage and hit the curb stop with the right tire. The mechanic came out and advised me it was NOT the right sensor,, but was the left which they replaced. Well, I got halfway down the road and the light came back on. I called the shop and was told to bring the car back in which I did. When I returned today, I was told it was indeed the Right sensor. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the mechanic that I was not happy because I told them yesterday it was the right sensor and i had no choice but to pay for another sensor.
Well, when I checked out there was NO COST to replace the other sensor.
NOW, NOT ONLY IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT THIS SHOPS ACTIONS EXEMPLIFIES HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.
Based on these actions I highly recommend Quality Care Automotive!!!
