Communication is very clear and honest, and I always know the problem will be solved for a reasonable price. Best mechanic in Dade City/Zephyrhills area.

Their prices are always fair, they go above and beyond to diagnose any issue accurately, their communication is precise, and their work is honest and genuine. 1 /5 Kerry Delva: Horrible experience at this place. My Yukon Denali broke down and I had it towed to Reliance because it was close by. Dropped it off on Feb 4th late in the afternoon. They got to it in the morning and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Finally on Fri the 7th I got a call stating that my engine was pretty much done. They told me that I had a high pressure fuel pump that knocked a lobe off of my camshaft. I was quoted $7000-10000 depending if I wanted to get an engine rebuild or a new motor put in the vehicle. I declined the service because that price was outrageous. Then I was charged $476 and some change. Mind you, my car wasn’t running at all. I was charged for an oil change, new spark plugs, an internal engine check, and a diagnostic test. I asked if a compression test was done to prove the engine was shot and I was told it wasn’t necessary because my engine had such high miles. I towed my vehicle the following Wednesday on the 12th to Omar’s auto repair in plant city for a 2nd opinion. Omar checked the camshaft and did a compression test. My engine was perfectly fine. It was bad gas in my tank. He took videos to prove all of his work. They flushed the tank and put new gas in and My truck was up and running by the 13th the very next day. So this makes me question if those guy at reliance actually did an internal engine check. My vehicle was completely mis diagnosed and I feel like I need a refund for time wasted. I didn’t need the spark plugs or an oil change. Reliance was not reliable for me

Their prices are super nice and their work is fast and affectionate not only that it’s affordable. You can’t compete with that the experience is off the roof. Please make sure if you around the Dade city Florida area come to reliance auto there name speaks for it self
