They handled the warranty company completely I got a loner car they were done in a week all new parts all with a warranty on tthe parts n labor. I COMPLETELY TRUST THEM FOR ALL MY REPAIRS. Im a single mom and I need my transportation. Thank you guys

They are honest and trustworthy and don’t try to rip you off we thought it was our starter which they could’ve made a lot of money on, but they told us it’s just the battery so this is our second time going to them. They are very honest trustworthy and don’t try to take all your money.

5 /5 Maria Cruz: Scheduling an appointment was easy, received the reminder to my phone calendar, and was graciously received on-site. The service was great. You get what you absolutely need & recommendations for the future if needed. Their prices are reasonable. They also reached out to ensure their service was up to par. If you ask for a loaner in advance, they most likely can accommodate you, but if not & you need some quiet time, their quaint reception area does nicely.

RI Automotive set my mind at ease and a relief in my gut when they fixed my 2015 Honda Civic with 133,000 miles. It runs like it’s spank’n new!
