Shasity Murphy I was in an accident about three weeks ago. Two cars hit and one bounced into my truck. It hit my driver tire but no visible damage was done. Other than a scuff. Took to Ford to get it aligned and the whole bumper to bumper inspection. Came back saying nothing was wrong. But my tire was hitting the reinforcement beam when in reverse. I knew this and told them. I went to a shop Ive used in past and was recommended to ASE to take a look. They took my truck back right then and there. Asked a few questions and came back and said yes youre right. Let us see what we can do. About 20 min later they came back. Said they adjusted it as much as they could and at no charge. I was in shock and so grateful! I wanted to wait a bit before making review. Just in case. Here we are and still great. Ill be using them for some custom body work in the near future. Thank you guys again for your honest work and great service. Ill recommend you to friends and family.

William Smart Car overheated pulling into my driveway. I called expecting I’d need a tow but they actually came same day, found a blown upper radiator hose, had the part with them, swapped it out, topped me off, and ran it until temp stayed steady. Honestly impressed they could fix it in my driveway without sending me to a shop.

Mason Rousseaux This was my first time having the pleasure of using Als and it was fantastic. My wifes car was dead, and her battery was stuck due to a rusted bolt keeping it in place. We didnt really have any other options. Any tow truck couldnt squeeze into our small apartment complex parking lot. I gave him a call, and he was here 25 minutes later with a brand new battery. Replaced it in a matter of 10 minutes, gave me a good price which was his exact estimate when I gave him the initial phone call, told me to reach out to him at any time and told me he would give me a better price than what a regular auto shop would give me even if I already got a quote from them. We stopped to chat about the weather and he gave me tips on the upcoming hurricane season since my wife and I are new to the area. I will definitely be using him again, excellent service!

Antonio Jimenez The team here is great. I brought my vehicle in with a warning light and they immediately checked it - identified some prior maintenance that resulted in the code - resolved - and because they performed it so quickly - didnt even charge me. I know the BMW dealership would have had a way different outcome.

caylee decleene Hands down the best mechanic. Extremely honest and goes a great job communicating what needs to be done. He clearly cares about his customers because he’ll tell you when something doesn’t need to be done, unlike at a dealer where they will find anything they can to charge you. He has the best pricing and gets the work done quickly!
