Service included oil change with new filter and tire rotation. The service department provided professional care and prompt service to my vehicle. The vehicle was finished at 9:00 AM. The transmission went out and it was covered by the lifetime warranty but the warranty department was wanting to give me trouble. Chris Worked So hard to get done. He would text throughout the day and give me updates. He would email the warranty company he would call the warranty company. He never went a day without telling me what was going on with my car. Every morning I would receive a text with an update. So thankful for Chris and the team Nissan service department.

My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Rountree Moore, one from Nissan and one from Nissan and one from Ford, which is where we first met Sam Ryan. My wife went in to Nissan yesterday for a service issue and saw Sam there. She went over to talk to him and decided to look at a vehicle on property and to crunch numbers. While she didnt purchase a new vehicle at the time, she was favorably impressed with Andre and Justin Milton in management and Adam English, our sales rep. They all demonstrated remarkable professionalism and courtesy.
