I brought it by, and they were honest with me, and let me know that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car. They did not try to upsale me. I was not charged for the inspection. I trust these guys, and will continue to go here.

4 /5 Kristina Brumley: We had an issue with our 2010 GMC Sierra and went to RPM automotive in Fleming Island. No appointment, just a "please help!" Shawn (mngr) had Craig (mechanic) take a look/listen to it. Turns out we needed a new right wheel hub @ 5pm! Shawn got the part here (somehow), Craig got the new wheel hub on and we were ready to go by 6pm! RPM with Shawn in charge is so much better!! Better Customer Service & management! We will be back w/our Sierra and our Camaro! 06/20/25 We referred our son to have his impala checked out. He called and set an appointment for 1pm. When he got there he was told there were about 20 people ahead of him and was told it was because he scheduled online. My son then let them know he called them to set the appt, not online. I was told the same thing at an earlier date, though I had called for an appt as well. Seems they are having scheduling issues quite often.

5 /5 Piano Improman: This was the first time my husband and I visited RPM. The service and hospitality far exceeded our highest of expectations. The service was timely, well explained, options offered. advice given and was one of the most professional facilities we have visited in Fleming Island. Sean is an ABSOLUTE DOLL!!! If you ever run into car troubles, this is the ONLY place to go. We thank them greatly. The ffes were beyond reasonable and not a thing was rushed. The gentleman who performed the work, Garvin was so knowledgeable and so sweet. GO TO THIS PACE, I promise you that disappointment is not an option :)
