5 /5 Sara Dean: Runway has been so good to me with my 2005 VW New Beetle! Tim and Robyn have been very pleasant and personable-- I always look forward to going in to see them. I go in about every two weeks to chip away at the list of work that needs to be done and I feel that the prices they charge have been reasonable for the amount of work they get done each time. Im almost always pleasantly surprised that my bill is significantly less than I think it will be, especially being at an import shop. Their staff is especially knowledgeable and efficient so they dont have to waste a lot of labor time diagnosing issues. Plus, several concerns that I thought were going to be big, expensive projects have turned out to be relatively minor, saving me so much money. I feel confident going to Runway because they know their stuff and they seem to actually care about me being safe on the road rather than just trying to get as much money out of me as possible. Even if they did charge more, Id be happy to pay it because Ive had such a positive experience. Highly recommend them!
