5 /5 Sandy Simerlein: Jeff Hartwell does an amazing job both coloring and cutting! I have NOT lived in Ocala in many years but whenever Im going anywhere near Ocala I get an appointment with Jeff. Im always blown away! I never tell him what to do, just let him do his thing. I say get rid of the dead hair and thats it! If you want a real professional, go to Jeff! I have been to great salons all over the country, even Louis Lacardi in NYC! Jeff is simply a great guy who knows what he is doing.

Its tough to find someone that truly knows how to do blonde, but I put all of my trust in Kelly! Shes the best!
