5 /5 Kristen Adams: Sandlewood is the best car repair that I have found in Jacksonville and I have been through a few. Jeff and Anthony are absolutely wonderful to deal with. I bring both of my vehicles there and I’ve never had a problem. They are very kind and great to deal with. There is not a lot of delay in getting an appointment and the service is just perfect. The men that work for them do an excellent job. I’ve had my AC just recently worked on and they did a great job. They’ve also done all kinds of repairs for me and everything turned out. Great I’ve never had a problem, I trust them and I highly recommend them. I have a 2016 GMC Savana van and I have a Honda 2019 HRV.

5 /5 Alani Charles: Jeff and the guys at Sandalwood Car Care have had my 2010 F-150 since I bought it used in 2020. This is a special truck to me because I got it for a great deal, it was well maintained, and it had super low miles. They have been the only mechanics to service my truck since the first day I brought it to them. They always keep it real and never try to upsell me. Some issues cant be totally diagnosed in one visit and they keep it fair with me if I am coming back for a reoccurring issue. Its an old truck. Thanks for keeping my loyalty and keeping my truck going. I would love to pass the truck to my kid in a few years so I hope to continue the good business. Thanks Sandalwood.

5 /5 Patrick Knorr: My family and I were in town shopping for a new van. This shop was super accommodating and got us scheduled the same day to do a pre purchase inspection. They were incredibly understanding of our situation and got us taken care of. If you are in the area purchasing a vehicle, I would highly recommend them if your wanting a third party to inspect the car before purchasing.
