5 /5 Frances Lee: Awesome Urgent Care Team! We’ve seen Jessica Rife and Tiffany Cook several times and they are amazing. Great care and very knowledgeable! Very personable and friendly too. It’s like we are family. Kasey is so sweet and a pleasure to chat with while receiving care. She makes sure you are cared for promptly and with compassion. Martha is great too. If you need X-rays, Dane is awesome. So caring and friendly. My family and I highly recommend choosing this facility.

Super polite, caring, and made me feel like I was getting top quality personal care. APRN Tiffany Cook, explained everything, gave me options, and personalized my care. The front desk receptionist has always been so kind and also succeeded at making me feel heard. These 2 ladies have personally restored my belief in Santa Rosa medical. They have both taken a part in helping me. My health has been this particular centers concern. I love that.
