This was the best cut in soooo many years. Everything positive you hear and see about Shear Flattery is on point. I highly recommend Penny and her mom. The shop had such a welcoming and warm ambienace. Absolutely beautiful! I love how attentive and friendly they are. They really truly listen to you and what you want. I will definitely be going back!
