5 /5 Vicki Mattingly: This is not a paid review! I have never been treated so "special" and important by Johnny at Sloans Auto!! Being God honest, this is the first Auto service that I have ever had that gave me a game plan on my vehicle "to do" list, and did not recommend anything except urgent!! They did not oversell anything! I did pay for a diagnostic which is absolutely well worth it! I have a 20-year-old car so it was wise to do so. They have tons of customers which makes a statement of its own! All reps were absolutely wonderful but I got Johnny as a referral and am so glad I made the move!!!!!!!!

Nice, clean bathroom, fast and good customer service, polite staff, honest estimates, transparency about cost of repairs, and a shuttle ride if one doesn’t have a way to get home. All repairs I have had were correct and lasted. Keep up the good work!

5 /5 Sydney Barnett: Great experience taking my Subaru crosstrek to Sloans. I worked directly with Bernie, and he gave me a full diagnostic and told me what was super necessary to get done, what I could do myself to save a few bucks and what I could wait on. Overall having a full picture of what the vehicle needs is super helpful. Don’t know if I’ve just always gone to bad mechanics before or if Sloans is really just that great. Loved the transparency and customer service.
