5 /5 Alicia Modjeska: I googled car maintenance specifically oil change. South trail Auto appeared in my search.and I saw it had great reviews. I live more than 30 minutes from the shop but the reviews convinced me to try them out. I have to say I had a great experience. The shop is an old “mom and pop” type place, worn down with very little parking available. All that said, i was treated very well, the oil change was quick and I felt right at home. I think I’ve found a mechanic I can trust. Thank you South Trail, you have one more customer for life.

5 /5 emma: I am a new student at Fgcu for grad school and had no clue where to go when my car broke down during the first week of school. After scrolling through nearby places, I found south trail AND IM SO GLAD I DID! The tow people dropped my car off without me and John took care of everything. Frank dealt with my many many phone calls and we are now on a first name basis haha. My alternator was busted and they took care of going to autozone, using my warranty and even warned me that my battery could be bad (which it was). The pricing was incredibly reasonable and they even gave me a student discount! These are the type of guys you know have your best interest in mind, super stand up men!! If you don’t know where to go, please choose south trail! I look forward to continuing to use their services during my stay in fort myers :)

He loves his customers and his employees -he has fair pricing. He loves taking care of you as a long-term customer he took care of me with my Tesla model three and I’ll tell you, he saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you John and his team!

5 /5 Fun Traveler: Everyone I have ever worked with at South Trail is amazing. They are customer focused, friendly, professional, trustworthy and respectful. Twice they have walked me through a couple of things to check/wait to see if the car really needed to be serviced. They easily could have taken my service fee and had me bring it in as I was calling to make an appointment. I appreciate the guys at South Trail and trust them completely.
