5 /5 Crystal Arroyo: Ive searched for a doctor for a couple of years. I found Mallory lott, and she is amazing. She listens, cares, and shows empathy. She actually believes me when I say something is off. I had another doctor who never believed a word I would say. The same issues I brought up with Mallory the first day I saw her. She checked me, and sure enough, I was not crazy. I can call or message. I always get a response back from her or someone in the office. I love her because from all the doctors Ive gone too she actually cares.
The front staff are actually really nice and respectful as well.
So if anyone goes by reviews, please do not let the bad reviews detier you from seeing for yourself. How this office and doctors actually really are.
