5 /5 Rocky Miller: So, Had a minor repair done at this business a few months back. All was well. They diagnosed an additional problem I had and gave me an estimate for it. It was a little out of my price range at the time so waited a few months to have it done.
Long story short, I took it in for the repair at the estimated price. Found other issues, made them right. As it turned out, original AGREED UPON REPAIRS didnt take as long as originally estimated.
End of the day, even though other items were addressed, the bill was over $100 LESS THAN THE AGREED UPON PRICE. When does that happen?
Then, much to my surprise, the guy that came to pick me up was the owner, Ben Wales. Go figure. If possible, speak to Ben when you call. He is way more pleasing to deal with than the service advisor.
Make no mistake about it, I will recommend this facility, without question, to anybody needing auto repair.
My car happens to be an older BMW (2009). There is a certified BMW mechanic on staff. I guess they are very proficient in Subarus too. I would trust them with any make of auto.
