Super knowledgeable, came fully prepared, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Fair pricing too. If you need someone reliable and honest who actually knows what they’re doing—this is your guy. Highly recommend!

Communication was great and he responded fast. He also provided me pictures of what was wrong and kept me updated with a timeline of events. Pricing is also very competitive and reasonable, won’t find anything better or faster around town. Definitely keeping his number saved in my phone and already plan to use his services again!!

We had to get towed to the nearest hotel in St. Augustine, and needless to say, our spirits were low and anxiety was high. I wasn’t sure what to do next—but then I found Ian’s profile and decided to give him a call. From the moment I spoke to Ian, I felt like I was in good hands. I explained that my car couldn’t make it to a shop, and without hesitation, he offered to come directly to us at the hotel. I told him I suspected the alternator needed to be replaced, and he took the time to ask thoughtful questions, confirm the issue, source the exact part, and head to our location as soon as he could. It was 97 degrees out, brutally hot, but Ian showed up and got to work right away—outside in the blazing sun. Not only did he work efficiently, but he also took the time to walk me through everything he was doing, step by step. That level of transparency and communication gave me complete peace of mind.
