Dibble Robert (GentlemanAdventurer) Extremely poor support service. Support staff are reasonably polite, but lack knowledge in almost all affairs, do not have the authority to report most information, and will often connect you to a voicemail when you request more information (even during business hours when people like financial aid should be available). All of this after nearly losing over $4,000 worth of my tuition refunds on multiple occasions.

Elijah Jenkins They dont communicate things well, they have great programs and education to provide. They just need a better system to execute orders, they changed their system over the summer and it has caused a lot of financial issues and confusion.
They need to be more aware of the lack of help in the drone program, theres a lot that goes into running it but they only have 1 professor/teacher in the program. First year was great, this 2nd year has been a little much

Lori Geesey As an older student, I have found support from everyone at the college. Financial aid and student services and guided me through the whole process. My Professor has been terrific and the students have helped me many times. A really nice place to grow.
