angela johnson I am from California and I needed repairs done to my vehicle right away after the holiday weekend. I called around to places near my mother-in-law and was quite pleasantly surprised when so I reached Andrea at Signature Auto. From the moment she answered the phone, she was extremely professional, yet personable, ( qualities I treasure in customer service). Due to the holiday and such short notice, they will probably not be able to service our vehicle before we have to leave this evening; however, based on my experience with Andrea, this is certainly a business that I would rely on for all of my automotive needs. Because they were not able to guarantee us service today due to the nature of our needs, she voluntarily offered very valuable information on what I could try to do now and that I will be able to use in the future when needing automotive care for my vehicle. I am unable to patronize their business because I am from California, but I am most definitely going to tell all my Ga. family and friends about them. Good costumer service is so hard to find and a first impression is a lasting one. I am quite pleased and impressed by Andrea’s customer service and we all know that typically your first contact in a privately owned business especially, represents the type of service you’ll receive overall.

Jalyssa Lopez I took my car to Firestone originally to get my car fixed because of an oil leak... over $1k later my car was actually worse. I decided to take my car to Big H Care Auto Repair and so far its been fixed and driving great! I would say that the price was lower than I had paid other places which is great. The best thing to me was the customer service! I dont usually write any reviews but the service I received was polite, helpful, and kind. Best personal service from any business around here.

Tero Pero Finding a trustworthy and cost-effective auto repair shop can be a real challenge, especially when facing steep repair estimates. I first came to this shop 2 years ago on the recommendation of a friend after the McDonough Toyota dealer quoted me over $5,000 for front-end suspension work. Admittedly, I was nervous about taking my car anywhere else, but I decided to give them a chance. Their estimate came in at just over half of what the dealer was charging, and I was immediately on board. They completed the repairs, and I have been beyond satisfied with the results—my vehicle has been running smoothly without any issues for the past two years. What sets this shop apart is they have been honest about what was needed. The team here is straightforward, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my many questions with patience and a great attitude. I recently returned for brake replacement, and once again, they provided quality work at a very reasonable price. So far this shop has offered me reliable and fair-priced auto repairs.

Jack I recently bought a new (used) car. Everything seemed good until the AC went out 9 days after I purchased. I dropped my car off after hours ok Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon, I had a diagnosis. I also received a detailed description of all other things I should be made aware of. But Tuesday afternoon my car was ready for pick up and I’m enjoying ice cold air again. They also provide a 3 year/36k mile warranty on this particular repair. Talk about assurance! I will definitely be using Christian Brothers for future repairs / maintenance.

Iola Robinson I am a 73 year old female and have been using PN Auto, Paul, as my mechanic. Anytime I have a problem with my vehicle Paul always has the solution. His rates are the most reasonable that I have seen in a long time. He is friendly and usually have repair done within hours, unless its a major repair and he has to order parts. I know you will be very satisfied with his work. I drive a long way just to get my car to him. Paul, you are the best!!

Barry Jerald I was searching for repair shops for my 2020 GT500. The A/C went out and my extended warranty company gave me a list of shops in the area. This place was not listed but I called them, and they had worked with my extended warranty company before. Brandy was very friendly and helpful with my issue. I brought my car in, gave her the warranty contract number and their customer service line and she did the rest. They diagnosed the issue and immediately got the repairs approved through my warranty company. Brandy sent me an UV light photo to show exactly where the leak on my condenser was. They had to order the new part from Ford because they were not going to put some third-party Auto Zone parts in my car. I am very thankful for that. They got my car repaired as soon as the part came in and I got my car quicker than I originally thought. The service and the friendly all get five stars. I would recommend this shop for repairs and if my car ever needs service again, I will be back. Brandy really made it easy with her dealing with the extended warranty company.
