5 /5 Ashley Woodall: I bought a Mercedes 1 week ago. Today car decided it didn’t want to work anymore. I called 10 repair shops in town and A-1 was the first to offer help. Brought my car in this morning and the associate at A-1 asked me to be patient because it could take a few days. I understood but truly prayed for a fast diagnosis. Fast forward 6 hours and I get a call that the car is fixed and ready for pickup! Woohoo! Best experience for an unexpected bad news day. I will be back for all my Mercedes maintenance and repair work. Thank you for being kind, fast, helpful, and fair.

5 /5 good band: If you don’t comprehend the complexities of mechanics, It may look ‘messy’ like a typical auto repair shop- oil, old batteries, empty boxes, engines on a lift, etc.. if you want a corporate dealer, go there (and pay 1000% more money) for the uniforms and pristine look.. if you want fair, honest, competent mechanics, this is the place. But yes they are busy (because people trust this guys and they help people out) you may need to wait a few days. I’ve been going here for over twenty years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I appreciate all these guys being honest and hooking me up.. if your a person who wants to complain about every and any little thing, and you make too much money, go to the dealership.. they know how to take your money $$$ and smile at you..
