4 /5 Dianna Shcole: I appreciate the fact they took my car when it showed in the lot from the unannounced tow. They were pretty thorough and organized (unlike the terrible Mr. Transmission by Covington Highway and Young Road). Mostly, the customer service, timeliness, and communication was overall 180 in comparison to the shop I just had it at. I will probably use them again if they are able to assist me with my other vehicle needs. They are more pricey than others, but they may be better quality wise than other cheaper nearby shops. I wish they had a partnership with a tow company and financing options.
