5 /5 Dawn Cunningham: I have been using ATC on Gordon Hwy for several years now. While spending money on car repairs is never a fun thing to do, it’s a necessary evil and I am forever grateful that I found this locally owned business. Jennifer and Meredith greet every customer the same. They are cheerful, welcoming, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, ; understanding that life throws curve balls at all of us and we’re not always prepared to spend a ton of money on our automobiles. They seem to know every customer and remember small details that make you feel like family. The first time I went, I had a laundry list of things needing to be repaired. They took the time to not only make me a list with cost estimates but in what order of importance they recommended fixing them. And as I chipped away at the list over the next year, some prices had gone down. They didn’t have to tell me that seeing that I’d already been quoted a price. But they chose to because at their core, that’s who they are as a business. It’s not a profession where honesty is always practiced and for a single woman with little to no knowledge about cars, it can be intimidating to trust that you’re not being sold on work you don’t need. I have never felt that at ATC. Every employee I’ve ever interacted with has been exceptional and they always take the time to make sure you understand exactly what the problem is before handing over your hard earned money. I cannot say enough about ATC and their staff. I will be a forever customer and would (and have) recommended them to anyone I know.
