She took great care of me and really listened to my wants and potential concerns and delivered the most gorgeous set of natural looking lashes and my new obsession!!! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

5 /5 Carly Welch: Phoebe is truly the kindest most talented woman. I have blond eyelashes and brows and she makes them look magical. I always get both tinted, plus a lash lift and brow lamination. Everytime i leave my lashes look like extensions in the best way and my brows are just beautiful…constant compliments on them! And Phoebe is an absolute doll with the cutest most cozy studio. I love her so much and she will have my business for a long long time!
