Ive found that most shops wont even touch cars with tight interiors like mine and the team here is always down to take on the challenge. They are informative, thorough, honest, and back their work with warranties. Youll always be in good hands here.

5 /5 Anjlica Dattatreya: My best auto mechanic experience ever. I highly recommend Dorian. I was visiting from out of town and did not know any mechanics. Turned out my car did not have a problem. Dorian explained the reason why I was seeing the symptoms, filled air in the tires, and made me feel comfortable. Since he did not fix anything he did not charge me. I was very worried when I drove in and left feeling relieved. He is a great human being who puts humanity ahead of business.

5 /5 George Carr: Dorian and his team here are great!! He allowed me to bring my car in on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem and fixed it by Monday. His prices are very reasonable as well. We will be back the next time an issue arises on one of our vehicles.

5 /5 Magan Ester: This was the best experience with a mechanic EVER! First off, this is one of the only shops open on a Sunday. My car was rocking badly and pretty much not drivable. Dorian ran a diagnostics test which was free, and then he immediately got to work. He was very attentive, informative, and FAST. I expected to be there all day, but I was literally in and out in about an hour. The price was reasonable too. Hopefully I don’t have to come back soon, but I know exactly where I’m going if I do. Thank you!

5 /5 bn -: I have a 23-yo MB that dealers elite-ishly refuse to service now *solely* due to its age. Because of this, I have had to take my car to indies. I was initially referred over to Dorian to identify & fix a gas leak. I was a bit hesitant/skeptical at first but do not let his demeanor or the cars in the lot fool you. Not only did he personally drive up with a flatbed to retrieve my car (& later pick up/drop me off), he always took the time to explain AND video things (most dealers with service advisors rarely do this). In addition, he was willing to let me look under the lift to see & work with me on things. This high level of 1:1 service is virtually unknown in the dealership or franchise repair shop world & I am very fortunate small business shop owners like Dorian exists to help me understand the workings of my vehicle better. After the gas leak was successfully fixed, I have since taken my vehicle to him for other matters. Although he prefers more direct payments (which helps both of you save on fees), Dorian is an honest master mechanic. He is also personable & down to earth. To my old dealership: thank you - your loss!
