5 /5 J R.S: Normally I do not take the time to write lengthy reviews but these people deserve it. I have a 2019 VW Jetta that seems to attract people hitting the front bumper. From the first bumper to the third, Ashley and her team have been nothing but phenomenal. Ashley had kept my updated through each process, telling me time frames, what the adjusters are doing, etc. Even through the difficult adjusters, no communication from VW in Kennesaw (just overall not the best bedside manners), and processes, Ashley has been the absolute best. Now for the repairs. The technicians that touch my car have been precise and very thorough with managing the repairs (all three times). The color of the bumper each time matches perfectly (and I’m a very picky person about this car). Overall, if you have ANY kind of damage from an accident right down to a simple ding on your car, you need to bring it to Atomize.

5 /5 Allen Selkey: I can’t say enough good things about Atomize Collision and Customs for auto repair. I think what impressed me the most, besides the quality of work, was the communication. At no point did I ever feel like I was in the dark…I think it certainly helps, as the person filing the claim, to stay on top of the insurance company. Bur Ashley was exceptional in her dealings with the insurance company and then communicating the status to me. An added bonus was that my insurance company used Enterprise for the rental car and I was able to drop it off at Atomize the day I picked up my vehicle…. Loved it!

5 /5 Nick Carter: Took my Yukon to Atomize to have all the chrome removed along with the badging. Lance and his team did an amazing job! There was some miss communication (on my end) as far as the door handles being done but they brought it back in and took care of quickly and at no charge to me. This is my 3rd or 4th vehicle that I have brought to them to repair or modify and they have always provided stellar work. I would, and have recommended them to anyone looking for a good, honest body shop.

After being in the high end automotive detailing business for many years I’ve rarely seen good bodywork and paint jobs. Today I picked up our car and spent a while looking for something wrong and couldn’t find a dang thing. To say their work is phenomenal is not enough, it’s absolutely unequivocally extraordinary.
