Jenni Hughes TYLER- THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!!! Sunday with almost everything close related to car service. I found my way to Pep Boys thanks to the gentleman at AdvancedAuto ways down the road. At the last minute I remembered I need to have a bike rake removed from my vehicle. I didnt have the strength or the proper tools to unscrew a nut and bolt tight to the hitch 5yrs old. Mr Tyler came to the rescue, after asking the cost, he said no charge. My apologies for the delay in writing this well deserved review, Ive been pretty busy. Again, thank you Mr. Tyler @ PEP BOYS

Gean Cannady I did not send the last review, DUH. So, this is 2 in one. I just got my car back for the 2nd time, this time the front bumper. My hubby accidently hit a pull on the back of a truck and put a hole in the bumper. Looks like brand new now. Mike, you are excellent, and I would not use anyone else. Excellent work and always in a timely manner. You get another 12 on a scale... This company is one of the best i have ever used. He was willing to help from the first moment and did the best job replacing my rear light and pulling out the bumper. except for the scratches it looks new. If i can keep my husband from parking behind me. Thanks, Mike for a job well done! 1 1/2 -2 hours and it was done. I rate them a 12 on a scale from 1-10.

Paulette Jones Mr. Bart and his team were great help. One morning, I came out to my van acting crazy unexpectedly; shaking, engine light blinking, etc. I called at least 10 shops that were ordinary, and no one had availability, including the dealership who was booked for months. H & A Tire told me to bring the vehicle in as soon as possible, and before lunch, I knew what the issue was. I left my vehicle overnight as the required parts wouldnt arrive until the next day. We discussed pricing ahead of time so that I could agree or disagree with the repairs. The next day, I was informed when the vehicle would be ready. About a week later, the same issue came back but was not as bad as the 1st time, I called H&A, and they made time to fit my vehicle into their schedule within a 2day time frame. We discussed the new diagnostics, and they were very accommodating due to me having to return. Neither issue was caused by the shop, and I am so grateful that they were able to figure out the cause and put an end to it. Ive been smooth sailing since. Big thank you to Mr. Bart and Mr. Taylor.

Korrie Payne Are you looking for Southern Hospitality and superb customer service then Cronic Chevrolet GMC is the dealership I would recommend to you. I called on January 20, 2025, to inquire about a 2023 Chevy Blazer RS and was connected with salesman James Mills. After speaking with James and manager Bobby I was at ease and excited to test drive the car the following week. Due to inclement weather, my plan to test drive the 23 Chevy Blazer RS was delayed. On Saturday, January 25th my mother and I made the trip to Griffin to test drive the car I had been dreaming of. Mr. Mills had such a great spirit as soon as he greeted us in person. During the test drive, I thoroughly enjoyed Jamess knowledge, care, and patience. After, my test drive I knew I had to have this beautiful car as mine. The next steps of getting my buyers invoice went smoothly and on Thursday, January 30th my car was delivered to me. The drivers who delivered my car were professional, and sweet, and carefully ensured each important document was signed.
