As a veteran, it is important for me to support businesses that value and appreciate military service members. What initially caught my attention was the significant price difference between Automotive Expert and Firestone. In 2022, Firestone quoted me a staggering $1800.00 for the AC repair, and shockingly, in 2024, their quote escalated to $2400.00. As a loyal customer, I expected them to uphold their reputation of supporting the troops, but their exorbitant prices left me disappointed. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Automotive Expert, located off 740 Scott Nixon Memorial Drive. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also fixed my cars AC for a fraction of the price. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quote of only $420.00 – a remarkable difference compared to Firestones inflated prices. They’re located on post as if they’re supporting military members and they’re clearly not with those prices. The team at Automotive Expert displayed utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. They were prompt, efficient, and ensured that every aspect of the AC repair was taken care of. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and my cars AC now functions flawlessly. I highly recommend Automotive Expert to fellow veterans and anyone in need of reliable car repair services. I was in a very difficult situation after being broken down on the highway, and this business was very understanding during my very unexpected & trying situation. 5 /5 Sterling Sherrod: I have delivered to the public for over 20 years - Mike, and company, has set the bar that has been long forgotten and currently unmatched in todays society. He is a mechanic with a conscience and morals and is fully capable of great mechanical performance. Prior to calling Mike I was recommended by two WELL established shops, both whom I feel should be exposed but wont, to replace the entire engine due to an oil pressure problem. After calling Mike and explaining the issue he zoned in on the possibility that actually caused the oil pressure issue. You see - he accurately and audibly determined the problem while the others visibly failed at it. He listened and showed mastery. If you are unsure if your mechanic even has a conscience, or have any unsettling vibes about them then maybe you need Mike. He is a mechanic and not a parts exchanger -a phrase he coined himself. Exchangers replace what the computer informs is broken rather than investigate on what actually caused the problem. If you are of like mind then you have observed the drop in quality with everything today. With Mike, at least your car does not suffer the same fate - Im giving him six (6) stars.

I was an hour away from home and would be STRANDED if it were for Taylor Miller and company responding promptly and urgently. Cannot rate high enough. ACTUAL LIFE SAVERS!!!
