5 /5 Janice Jackson: I have been bringing my vehicles to AutoTech for years. They do a diagnostic test and tell you what the issue is and the cost of repairs. They give you the option of whether or not you want them to fix it. I have had other issues they found not related to what I bought the vehicle in for. They notified me and explained what was found and if I wanted it fixed. They didnt just fix the problem without my knowledge or permission and then demand payment. Marvin and his whole team are exceptional and professional. I have always been greeted with kindness. I highly recommend this shop.

5 /5 Gordo Ridley: I can not give enough thanks to this shop. We flew in from Phoenix on a red eye, only to have our alternator sieze and fry the belt in the airport parking lot. When I called, Marv was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even gave options for a tow company and said dont worry, well get you in. He showed me all the prices for the different alternators and belts, so we knew the exact price. Im used to being told that parts will be a couple of days, so when he said hed have it finished that afternoon, I was shocked. We opted to have our friends drive us back home, which was about 2 hours down the 75. But sure enough, they had it fixed that afternoon. We picked it the AM, instead if waiting as we were exhausted from the long trip. Im not sure if its just southern hospitality, but again, very friendly staff when we walked in. Price was exactly as anticipated, nothing over the top. Weve already agreed that wed drive up the highway to get regular work done by them from the experience. Thank you again!.

5 /5 Will Godfrey: One hour into our eight hour drive we started having problems. Marvin and his crew at AutoTech diagnosed the problem, worked hard to fix it, and got us back on the road that day for a fair price. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I had a problem. The next morning, with two hours to go, the service engine light came on. I called Marvin and he talked me through getting it diagnosed and set my mind at ease so we could get home. Five star service!

5 /5 George Malina: Cannot recommend these guys enough. My wife, 2 kids (7 months and 2.5 years old) and dog were driving from Florida to Tennessee when we broke down after hitting a tire. We were still 4+ hours from home with no reasonable way to get home and come back to pick up the car later. Marvin and his team were able to take the car in and have it fixed in less than 2 days and we were able to make it home. No other shop we called would even look at it for a minimum of 2 more weeks. Marvin called to check in regularly and give us updates so we could make our plans. We cant thank these guys enough for getting us home! Anyone looking for a great service center needs to give Autotech a call first.
