Rich’s towing was called an he arrived within minutes towed to his shop gave us a quote on how much it would be before any work was done! Jessica Davis I have a 2004 Buick, my a/c went out. Every where I went in Valdosta quoted me an extremely high price, it was over $150 cheaper at Master Tech!! He also found I had a broken motor mount when checking the compressor, my grand total for these repairs was still cheaper than the quote for just the a/c everywhere else. The owner and his wife were so friendly! They didnt try to sell me unnecessary repairs, and the repair only took a few hours I would recommend Master Tech to anyone!!

Brian Griner The starter on my truck gave out unexpectedly. Because it is a newer vehicle, it was going be a much more extensive job then my regular mechanic can handle. Based off the amount of cars in the parking lot where they are working I did not expect to get my car back for about 2 weeks . However, I had my car back in 2 days running perfectly. They were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, very reasonable. Highly recommend this business.

Abdulaziz Alfahaid Short review: Trustworthy, they will tell you whats going on with your car, and what you need to fix. No games. My story: My car stopped working, At first I thought it was a dead battery. I jumped my car, but still not working. so my conclusion was it could be the starter. I called the towing company and the guy took a look at it, and he also thought it was the starter. We took it Matt and the first look he also said it might be the starter. He called me after a couple hours telling me that my car is completely fine and that my battery is damaged and he had to change it. He said thats all what I needed. If it was someone else, they may claim that the starter was damaged because thats what it seemed like it. Instead, he replace the battery after he ran multiple tests to make sure the problem is only with the battery and everything else is working fine. At the end, he only charged me for the cost of the battery and not even his replacement fee.
