5 /5 Jepine Al: I was glad enough that I was able to get an Appointment the night before my desired date to come in. This rarely happens. Connie greeted me and she introduced herself. She was on top of everything. She made sure I was okey and comfortable. She checked on me regularly asking if I needed something or provided me update from time to time of the hair process. She offered me coffee or some to drink. Oriented me where the Rest room is located. She listened and attended to what I wanted done for my hair and she was honest on the possible outcome, that I may not get the exact ash grey highlights although she tested a little chunk of my hair for a dry run. She gave me options after the result of test run if I want to proceed or not and provided approximate price quotation. Yes, I did not quite get the exact color I wanted, but was well aware of reason. I am happy of the final outcome.
The front desk staff was very welcoming as well, when I first came in she attended to me promptly and she also made sure I received a new client gift, a handy, pocket hairbrush. Thank you for all you do.
