Wow they were packed and still found time to take a look at my car and fixed the small issue for completely free! Some of the nicest people working on cars. 5 /5 Jake Goeldi: We cannot say enough good words for Ben’s Tire and Auto Repair. My wife and I were on our way back to Central Florida following our wedding in the Blue Ridge mountains when our van gave us some trouble late on Thursday evening. On Friday morning I was calling around because we wanted to make it home and did not want to be stuck another night. Most places we called said that it was Friday and that they would be booked out with work for more than a week, Ben’s was different. They heard our struggle and said if we could get our van towed to them, they would do their best to get us back on the road. The team at Ben’s did just that, and the owner himself even stayed after their closing time on Friday evening to talk me through what they had done on our vehicle. My Ubers to and from the shop even both mentioned how good of service Ben’s provides, one driver was curious how I had heard about Ben’s and mentioned that it is the only place she takes her car, my other Uber driver mentioned how the owner would always come and eat breakfast at the local restaurant he helped manage. My experience firsthand solidified what my drivers had to say about Ben’s… It is very apparent how much he cares about his customers and the larger community. If I did not live hours away, I know I too would only take my vehicles to Ben’s.

5 /5 Carol Valdo: Another great visit at Bens Tire and Auto Repair shop! They know how to take care of their clients, from me calling in inquiring about my AC, AC guidance, greetings as I entered the shop, and quick resolution when I dropped and picked up my vehicle. The bottom line is that they have excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable and talented individuals are there. Long story short, I had my AC fixed at Bens, which worked wonders, and then I had to repair my front bumper from a raccoon accident, in which my AC stopped working. Bens shop was so agreeable to look at my vehicle and resolve the issue quickly and free of charge. I cant say they are offering free service, but I know they are very reasonable. I highly recommend Bens Tire and Auto Repair shop and will always go back! Thank you so very much, Ben and team!

5 /5 Tiffany Bauer: Best mechanic in town! Reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and excellent work. I appreciate how clean and comfortable waiting area and bathrooms are. They provide coffee and a nice little snack machine. They even have a cute little activity corner to keep kids occupied. They take pride in what they do and it really shows.

5 /5 Madison Tucker: Needed to get a second opinion on my car today after having some trouble with my battery. I was in and out with a brand new battery in less than 20 minutes. Customer service was spectacular and I can’t believe how quickly I was in and out. Thank you again for all your help!
