1 /5 Callie Maday: Do not take your vehicle here. My vehicle has been to this location twice in the 5 days and $1800 later the issue i brought it in for is still happening. I was assured multiple times it was looked at by multiple techs, driven, and then driven once the repairs were completed and no longer shaking (my initial concern) and both times the shaking happened again less than a mile from the shop. When I called today to advise them the issue was STILL not fixed almost $2,000 later, their only solution was to bring it back. Which will include missing work and more money I do not have. We have used Big T numerous times in the last 7 years and have never had issues until now but I have lost all confidence in their work, integrity and will never go back or recommend them to anyone in the future. Unless you like wasting your money, go somewhere else.

1 /5 Brooke Williams: DONT GO HERE!! This place has gone down hill. They told my son he needed two new tires and wouldn’t rotate them. Wrong; it seems they just wanted more money. Charged us $150 to replace some blinkers and then they still didn’t work. They tried to charge us $160 more for diagnostics. We refused and took our vehicle to KIA. Kia found the connector was loose and they explained this place ripped us off as they should’ve seen it when replacing bulbs. My son then went to request a bit of a refund and was sent away/dismissed. We will not be back here ever again.

1 /5 Philly Cheese: still hurting from the thought of the wasted $400+ just for the problem i came here for i the first place to have never gotten fixed, i had to fix it myself and at the time i was not experienced with cars, as a 21 yo that has access to YouTube i can say to not trust these scammers cause they will way overcharge you and not fix the problem even if that means your life is on the line like mine was, i had a 2001 ford escape with the infamous auto accelerating problem to where i would have to shut my car off while going down the road to stop it from just going faster and faster..... i still have this car running today with the care i give it, if i would have been ignorant and trusted this shop to fix my car i would have been in debt, lost this car due to a lien, or driven myself insane not being able to drive to work. Please if anyone is reading this i promise you will do more harm than good taking your car here.

1 /5 Chad Batterham: AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have been frequenting Big T’s for the past three years when we moved to Georgia. I was very happy with their service for the first two years and have noticed a steep decline in their service this past year. The front office personnel have changed multiple times, and I assume the techs have changed as well. They ripped us off the last service they completed for my daughter’s car, a simple oil change. Her car had no issues before the oil change, and after the oil change was completed, I noticed that her car was leaking a lot of oil. My wife and daughter took the car back because I assumed that something wasn’t replaced correctly, which caused the oil leak. They examined the car and stated that it needed a new oil filter housing and an oil pan gasket with a quote of over $500 to fix. They also charged my wife $60 dollars for the assessment. I told her not to let them touch the car, and I was going to take it somewhere else for a second opinion. I took her car to a reputable mechanic, and I didn’t say a word about Big T’s assessment, I just told them that there was an oil leak. I was interested to hear if they had the same diagnosis. I received a phone call a short while later and was asked if someone had recently changed the oil. I told them we had, and they stated that we should take the car back to the original mechanic because they had replaced the oil filter cap incorrectly, without the center stem, causing the oil leak. I relayed that Big T’s stated that the car needed a new oil filter housing and an oil pan gasket. I was told those were fine and did not need replacement. It only needed a new oil filter cap, which was $72. I also needed another oil change because they obviously needed to drain the oil to replace the cap. It cost me $160 to fix Big T’s fraudulent work, but thats better than paying over $500 to replace parts that dont need to be replaced. I have attempted to speak with the owner, Rick Cannon, and have left a message for him to call me, but he refuses. It doesnt surprise me after seeing the other reviews of his deceptive practices. All I wanted was a refund of my $60 and the cost of an oil change, but I guess he doesn’t mind losing a customer for life. You would think that you could trust them with a simple oil change, but obviously, you can’t. Find somewhere honest to go and save yourself the headaches and the money.
