5 /5 CAROL ATKINS: Valerie is superb! Shes done my hair for years. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my hair but Valerie. However, I know all the wonderful stylists at Bliss and you just cant go wrong. They sell the proud they use, & I believe they also have a massage therapist there, as well.
