Mike Donovan Chis at Roy’s and Sidney Rigton towing went above and beyond to help me with a car issue 3 hours from home. They worked way past closing time to find my cars issue and brought my car to me. Pricing is fair but the people ate amazing!

Brett Thomas First of all, I don’t normally leave reviews. I inherited my father-in-laws truck, a 98 Dodge Ram. The second day I had it, it died on me in a parking lot. I had the hood up, trying to figure out what the deal was, when nice guy came up and offered to help me. He said his name was Lou. He spent about 25-30 minutes with me trying to figure it out, when he definitely did not have to, even while his girlfriend waited in the car. We couldn’t get it started, but he told me he worked for 4 Blakeney’s Auto Repair. Obviously I was going to take my truck to the shop where the guy who spent 25 minutes of his own time on his off day to help me out. Towed the truck out to 4 Blakeney’s, and let me tell you that the customer service and welcoming we received would’ve been enough to keep me coming back. Larry was very nice, as was his daughter. Truck ended up needing a new alternator, which I had them replace. I was lucky the alternator went out because the truck had no oil in it and I wasn’t aware of it. They ended up replacing a hose with a leak as well (at no charge). I won’t ever use another auto shop. 4 Blakeney’s really went above and beyond for me, and you’d better believe that’s who I will send anyone who asks to from now on. And Lou…I appreciate you man.

Nelson Navarro While driving up blue ridge Ga from South Florida, my 6.7 F-250 decided to throw a low pressure fuel code. Unfortunately it was Sunday in southern Ga, and just about every shop/parts store was closed. I was fortunate enough to find S&S automotive & diesel services. They were very up front and honest about their timeline and their ability to assess the fuel issue. They ended up resolving my problem. I drove my truck back home without any hiccups. Thanks.

Rita Mahmood My daughter and I found ourselves stranded 4 hrs from home on a Friday late afternoon. We were able to get our car the .02miles by 5 oclock. Even though they closed at 6pm they still worked us in. We were offered a safe air conditioned room to rest and the use of their restroom. When he couldnt do the repairs he allowed us to store or car in his garage (free of charge) overnight and stayed with us until an Uber was able to pick us up and take us to a hotel. The next day we were unable to get back to shop before they closed. They agreed to place car outside garage and hide the keys so we could pick up when tow finally made it. I offered to reimburse them for their kindness, but they refused. They are truly Blessed Souls and will be rewarded for their care and kindness tgey gave to my daughter and I in such a scary time for us. God Bless them always THANKYOU from the bottom of my heart ❤️!!

James White I was in a stressful situation my 2019 BMW X5 shut off and would not start. The dealership was to far away and provided no reasonable options. I remembered Kirsten Rome used Pete Otto with positive results. I got my car to his shop the staff was courteous, informative, and efficient. I was really impressed by the detailed diagnostic I digitally received by text and email the next day. I was able to respond digitally for the repairs I wanted done. They still called to verify my decisions. My automobile was repaired in two days with factory warranty part. He is my go to guy for any auto needs!
