Jason helped me figure out what was going wrong with my car in a matter of minutes, and he also helped me come up with a repair plan that maximizes my warranty. Braxton Automotive had already closed up shop by the time I arrived, but took the time to look at my car given the urgency. They topped it off with oil since it was so low and scheduled me for an appointment first thing the next morning. Best customer service in town! Also managed to get my car serviced on the same day I dropped it off, which included having to wait on a part to arrive. Was very impressed with the team at Braxton and will be bringing my car here moving forward!
