5 /5 Phillip Law: At the time of my review, all previous reviews I saw for Buds were 5-Star reviews except for one. The person who left only star has done so in Google reviews for two other businesses, so weigh that accordingly. As for my experience, I can honestly say that BUDS AUTO REPAIR IS GREAT. They are one of my favorite local shops. I do nearly all of my vehicle service work myself, but I leave the repairs to professionals. Sheila is so pleasant to deal with in the office and the service I have experienced here is always first-rate. They seem to be very particular about their work and my vehicles are always as clean and neat when I pick them up as they were when I dropped them off. You know some shops will leave grease and dirt all over everything, not here. I always get a call from Robert before any work is done. He gives me an in depth explanation of what the problem is and what the cost will be to repair it. And almost as important as the money, he gives me a good estimate of when my vehicle will be ready. Hes always attentive to my concerns and willing to answer my questions in a knowledgeable manner. I dont know how you could ask for more!
