5 /5 Zhenya A: Got a recommendation from a tire shop to come here for transmission service and diagnostics. But we ended up coming in because of an electrical issue that needed fixing. We asked for a full checkup and transmission service. They did a full diagnostic, flushed the transmission, and we asked specifically about the brakes — the mechanic assured us they were fine, no upselling. Wiring issue was found, and even though the electrical tech had left for the day, they asked me to come back the next morning and fixed it without charging extra. Friendly, honest, and professional. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Joe Pan: Best service I could ask for! My car wouldn’t start, so I took it to Bui’s Auto Shop, expecting a big repair bill. Instead, the owner took a look, figured out the issue right away, and even showed me a simple home remedy to fix it. To my surprise, they didn’t charge me a single penny! On top of that, the shop is clean, professional, and run by some of the nicest people around. It’s rare to find a place that truly cares more about helping customers than making a quick buck. I highly recommend Bui’s Auto Shop to anyone in need of honest, quality service. Will definitely be coming back—hopefully not too soon, though!

5 /5 Mark Chamberlain: Was sent here after discount tire accidentally broke one of my bolts on a tire. (Discount tire covered the cost) They did a good job with the repair (its held up for a few thousand miles at this point). Customer service was lacking a tiny bit, but I blame that on the fact that they were super busy getting phone call after phone call and dealing with a short line of customers either picking up or dropping off their cars. All in all, they did good work.
