5 /5 Nate Rish: I am giving Butler 5 stars for the repair they did on my wifes 2018 Chevrolet Suburban. The rear evaporator coil on the tri-zone HVAC system started leaking refrigerant and we noticed it first when the front A/C vents began blowing room temperature air. The next day I saw green dye on the garage floor by the right rear wheel. I called several places who quoted me about a weeks delay to get it in the shop. I knew this was a repair in a very difficult place to get to and obviously needed the special refrigerant charging and leak testing equipment to make the repair. I had never used Butler before but I have friends who really like them. I called and they were able to get me in next day. I brought it in, dropped it off first thing in the morning and they were very nice and helpful at the front desk. I told them the problem and they said as soon as they got a look at it they would call me with an estimate before proceeding. They called me in a couple hours, verified it was the rear evaporator core gave me an estimate, told me it would probably be done the next day. They called me back about an hour before closing time that day and said it was done ahead of schedule. Not only that, but when I came in the next morning, the bill was $100 less than the estimate. The A/C is now blowing just as cold as it is supposed to and they gave us a 12m/12000mi warranty on the repair. Overall, I was very impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, competence and capability of Butler Automotive in Evans. From the front desk staff to the technicians doing the work. I would definitely take my vehicle to Butler again even though I typically do most of my repairs myself.
