Mike Holden My wife was traveling through Bainbridge in her BMW X3 on the way home to South Carolina when she noticed vibration of the steering wheel when she used the brakes. We looked up an automotive service center near to her location which happened to be Harts Automotive. She pulled in and was immediately helped by a technician who scanned for error codes, took the car for a road test, and inspected the brakes. He determined that one of the brake rotors was warped which was causing the vibration and reassured my wife that the car was safe to drive.
