5 /5 Stacy Morris: I have used Carter’s for well over 10 years now. He has always done exceptional work and has always taken care of me. The last time he serviced my vehicle, the caliper we bought failed. I was super angry thinking I would have to pay full price for a problem he had just fixed. Carter assured me the part was covered under warranty and even replaced the part for me at no extra cost to me. As a single mother this helped me tremendously. He is definitely an amazing mechanic and very respectful. Thank you Carter!

5 /5 Scott Barrow: Carters Auto Service is an honest and dependable automotive repair shop. Two mechanics work here, one of which is the owner. Carters does great work at a reasonable price. They have even advised when I could easily do something myself. They diagnose the real problem and repair it. They dont look for added problems or repair items that dont need it. They are friendly. I have never had to take a car to them for the same problem twice. They fix it right the first time.

1 /5 Michael Flanigan: This guy is a scam artist. Was supposed to have my rotors replaced but the new ones were rusty instantly, not just the discs but also the hub where the wheel attaches. Thick rust, not surface rust. When I tried to bring it back he was always too busy and in phone conversations he became defensive to the point my only choice is to warn others: DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC. Thank god Im using a financer because he would never give the money back for work he didnt do. Now I have to get another brake job because the pads he put on are already worn down after only 4 months. Dont let him insult your intelligence like he did with mine trying to say the hub wasnt a part of the rotor. They come together in the same box on the same piece of metal! This guy needs to lose this business if this is how he treats customers. Highly dishonest and too expensive, also he seems racist - and thats coming from someone who shares his race. STAY AWAY.

5 /5 Vanessa Arthur: They did a VERY good job replacing an engine for me about 3 months ago. He was professional and quick. He let us know the progress along they way as well. They car is running way better than before!!!
