Additional Qualities: Patient, Understanding, Never RUDE ever, or disrespectful, and never tried to insult the customers intelligence.
When I asked Charlyes why he did not have more mechanic, he replied, "I quickly replace them or get rid of them bcuz I prefer, Quality or Quanity. I actually love what I do and put my customers first."

I cant say enough good things about this local, family-owned auto mechanic shop. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely top-notch. (10)
The turnaround time on the repair was the fastest I’ve ever seen, and the quality of work was outstanding. (10)
What really impressed me was the constant communication—I received updates throughout the process, so I always knew what was happening with the vehicle. (10)
The owner, Mr. Charlyes is incredibly polite, honest, and clearly cares about both his customers and the quality of work he does. (10)
It’s rare to find someone who combines speed, skill, and such a genuine level of care. While present, I spoke with 3 customers, 2 of whom were women. (10)
They all reported that they trusted Charyles and that he was fair, did great work, and most importantly, that they fully trusted him. (10)
Unaware of who I were or why I was asking, as I waited with a car that I reported problems that did not exist. (10)
After receiving the vehicle back, it was taken to a factory auto car dealership and conducted a full follow-up inspection, waited a full 30 days to drive the vehicle to check for any lose or incorrectly installed parts. (10)
Charlyes Auto passed every test and is the first shop to ever do so from A to Z. The vehicle only improved in performance over time, and Charlyes passed the integrity test by not trying to charge for items that were not damaged, despite being told by the customer that it was. (10)
Charyles was surprisingly honest and lived up to reports. (10)

As a state professional who checks mechanic and their integrity, I plan to make this location my primary auto care provider, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
