5 /5 Jack: I recently bought a new (used) car. Everything seemed good until the AC went out 9 days after I purchased. I dropped my car off after hours ok Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon, I had a diagnosis. I also received a detailed description of all other things I should be made aware of. But Tuesday afternoon my car was ready for pick up and I’m enjoying ice cold air again. They also provide a 3 year/36k mile warranty on this particular repair. Talk about assurance! I will definitely be using Christian Brothers for future repairs / maintenance.

1 /5 Bryce Rivers: My Mustang GT broke down due to a sudden loss of fuel pressure. AAA recommended towing it to this location. My father handled the communication, and over the span of two full weeks, we were repeatedly told the car was being “looked at” or actively “worked on.” Today we went to pick up the car — and it was parked out in the grass, far from the shop bays. The car isn’t running or drivable, so it’s clear it was never brought inside for diagnostics or repair. It looks like it sat untouched the entire time. On top of that, one of my rim center caps is missing on the right side. Under normal circumstances, I’d assume it fell off — but after being lied to on the phone multiple times, and seeing another car (a Camaro) sitting on bricks with its wheels gone, I’m seriously questioning what goes on here. This place wasted two weeks of my time, left me without my daily driver, and misled my family throughout the entire process. We were told the car was “being worked on.” I guess that’s technically true — maybe it was being stripped or chopped up. 2 /5 Aliyah Hornsby: Had my car for 6 hours for an oil change and didn’t fix the problem I initially came for. Now I’m getting a new oil change and the tech at take 5 says Christian brothers put on the oil filter on so tight it almost didn’t come off. Seems like predatory work to get you to come back. Not good people as they seem. Especially as a woman with limited knowledge about vehicles.

3 /5 Monica Booker: Christian Brothers has taken care of my auto needs for over a decade. This last experience was shocking as I did not receive the customer service I was accustomed to. I had to get my motor replaced and was given the run around for months on end by Charles. I always try to give the service team grace and benefit of the doubt to fix the issue. That was a big mistake in this instance. My husband had to get Brian, the owner involved after my car sat there for over 4 months. Brian took great care of us and made sure that the job was completed. Thank you Brian for stepping in and restoring my faith in Christian Brothers Automotive.

1 /5 Carmelle Tyree: Terrible communication skills and trying to get service was definitely a waste of time. Husband called and made an appointment on Wednesday for an 8am Thursday service spot and received a text confirmation for the 1995 model car. It was for an AC check and break evaluation/replacement. No call at all on Thursday with an update, which seemed like a logical expectation for good business practices. Called Friday morning for an update to be told it wasnt looked at yet, and they would call with an update. Decided to call back after a while to see where in the lineup it was and was told that "they" dont work on model cars 1995 or older. They even said the technician didnt feel comfortable working on it, which I can appreciate because everyone should know their limitations when it involves keeping cars safe for the road. My issue is...if there was an age restriction for services, why was that not on the website, not mentioned when the appointment was made (spoke to a person), or at least noticed and addressed when the car was dropped off. The owner needs to evaluate their "...all makes and models, we fix it" claim on their webpage and/or have more experienced mechanics and front staff with appropriate communication skills. Know before you go.
