5 /5 Jennifer Capon: Dora did my eyebrows. I had a threading and tint done. She does an amazing job at shaping, matching coloring, and proper threading. Shes an absolute delight and i trust her fully with my brows. Shes talented, sweet, and has great customer service. I’ve had others do my eyebrows. No one compares to Dora. She is the absolute best. Don’t walk, run!!! She will give you the confidence and beauty you’ve been longing for.

She is incredibly attentive to detail and always explains everything she’s doing, which I really appreciate. Her expertise and warm demeanor create a welcoming atmosphere. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied with the results. If youre looking for a skilled and caring beautician, Marjorie is the one to see!

4 /5 Light Yagami: I thought over how I was going to write this review all night. For the first time ever, I actually had some issues with one of the stylists at Chromatics. I had a haircut appointment with a stylist named Dora who left me in shambles with my hair. From the very start and end of our interaction, Dora was pushing/promoting herself- which would be entirely fine if it wasnt the fact that, that was most of the conversation with the other half of it being her talking about my hair color and how I could "fix it." She talked more about my hair color and how the salon mainly only had her doing eyebrows and eyelashes than she did about my actual haircut. I never mentioned my hair color, nor did I ask her how to fix it. I also brought references for the style I was going for, which she quickly glanced at once and proceeded to cut my hair. My hair wasnt even similar to the reference picture I had shown. I was very thankful that they had a different stylist in to help fix my hair. I was quite stressed out, as Dora had also parted my hair incorrectly and placed too much hair on one side, which the 2nd stylist (Emma I believe) was luckily able to work around with. I have never had issues with Chromatics previously and have only ever had an issue with a stylist this one time.

5 /5 Maria R: Love this place. I always feel good coming here. Emily does a great job with my hair and the front desk is always friendly and sweet. My kids love it too . Despite being on the spectrum, Emily does a great job talking them through everything and making them feel at ease.
