1 /5 Malachi Parton: I wouldn’t trust this place not to burn a peace of toaste. I went to get a pressure test, a diagnostic for my 2010 ford crown Victoria. They told me it would be done same day, I brung it up there fairly early on a Friday. With the understanding before they took my vehicle I would need it back at the end of the day. If not I would need to go somewhere else so I could have that convenience. They said it was no problem they would have it done. They never got back with me. Never even looked at my car that day. I had to call them back several times just to find out what was going on with my car. Often times they would make up excuses on why they couldn’t get to my vehicle. When they did get to my vehicle they had come up on an issue. My 4 cylinder had a miss fire. They NEVER contacted me asking if I wanted to see if they could try taking out the 4th cylinder spark plug they was having issues trying to get the spark plug out. They ended up stripping the treads of the head of my engine. Made me pay for a Heli coil after they was the one’s to mess it up. I had to wait even longer for my car. 2 weeks later the heli coil and spark plug blew out losing compression to the engine. Had some people come and look at it, they all said the same thing that the heli coil was not threaded in all the way. No one will touch what they messed up. Im out a car over a diag, and a compression test. If would have new how sneaky mike and his crew really was I would have never used him. I thought I could trust them cause I helped put there hvac system in at there new location. They seemed like a stand up crew but I was mistaken. I called down there today asking how much the head would cost or if they would warranty it since they had just laid hands on it. They new exactly what vehicle it was. They don’t wanna make it right, or even knock some of the price down. When I never had any of the issues before I brung it up there. On TOP of all of that it rained a bunch that Friday and Saturday they worked on it. I pulled up to there shop at like 7pm or 8pm. So I could get some of my tools for work. And they had my hood up in the middle of a rain storm with my spark plug out. DONT use them.

1 /5 Roxanne Lambert: This was around April of 2021 when I took these pictures at the shop. I will never deal with this company again. I took my vehicle to this shop to see if water was in my gas tank. I was told by, Michael that, he ran a scope down, inside of my gas tank and he found no water in there. He said that the did a diagnostic test on my vehicle but they did nothing at all. I was like no look at my gas area, seems that someone sabotaged my vehicle. The little flap piece was missing and he wasnt concerned about that. He wanted me to buy new tires after I had just put brand new tires on my vehicle a month before it was sabotaged. I had just paid them to put in what I believed was a brand new transmission for nearly four grands months before. He wasnt going to get over on me that easy. They lied to me every time I came to check on the status of my vehicle. I got tired of seeing my vehicle sitting in one place for a month, untouched. Webs started forming along my tire. I had my SUV towed to another shop from there and that shop diagnosed and found that my gas tank was in fact full of water and a red substance. Complete Car Care Lied to me.

5 /5 James Duhart: GREAT customer service! Quality work quickly. I came in without an appointment, but really needed their help. They squeezed me in and had me on the road within an hour.. ON A SATURDAY! Owner, tech, and the woman at the front desk (should’ve gotten their names) were all incredibly friendly. And lastly… great price. No complaints.
